Return Policy: At ViO Comfort our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. We will be glad to return your product within 30 days of your purchase if your product is in NEW condition. Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns for used ViO Comfort Cushions.

All returns must include the following: original ViO Comfort box (with outer shipping box), cover, pump, and owner’s manual.

All refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  All customers returning their orders are responsible for shipping. We can provide return shipping labels as needed but those charges will be deducted from your refund.
